Adjustable Heisman Sliders

Several years ago I saw someone had came up with adjustable sliders that changed based on the team you were playing. I always liked this because every game is different based on the talent of your opponent. (No more 77 rated HB's putting up 150 yards on you in Heisman!!).
The attached is my attempted to duplicate this for the Next Gen Game. How this works is pretty simple, before each game in your Dynasty do some simple math and adjust the CPU sliders according to your opponent. What makes this cool is if your opponent has a key injury this could factor in your game by making the sliders lower. i.e. If they have their star RT out the entire OL is effected by lowering the sliders for Run & Pass Block. ( I do not change the User Sliders, once I set what works for me I leave as is)
Remember, that sliders are personal, not one set is right for everyone. Use this as a basis and adjust as you see fit. They key is to have lower skilled teams act that way even in Heisman.
After you get your numbers set you will notice tough teams are tough and cupcakes you can typically blow out.
