Re: CPU vs CPU Sliders (based off the Coach Mode Sliders)

Alright, here comes another defensive game. Boise State had 58 plays and VT 56. VT had 5 sacks and Boise State had none. 1 Pancake for each side. I'm gonna bump Pass Block up to 50 again since that seems to give better stats and Qtr length up to 8 minutes.

I'll replay the same 3 games on these settings and post those stats.

Re: CPU vs CPU Sliders (based off the Coach Mode Sliders)

After upping the pass blocking to 50 and Qtr length to 8 minutes, here are the results of another Pitt/Utah game.

Pitt - 73 plays, 2 sacks, 0 pancakes
Utah - 67 Plays, 3 sacks, 0 pancakes

If anyone has any recommendations on what I could change to increase the pancakes and lower the average yards per completion, don't hesitate to reply.

You can't. Pancakes are not being counted correctly by the game even though they do happen, so sliders won't do much to correct this.

You gotta run alot of tests man. It takes patience getting these things right. I'm making small tweaks myself. I have pass blk on 65 currently and I'm seeing pancakes.

Comparable to the simulated results?

The only pancakes that I'm seeing with higher Pass Blocking are by TE, WR, FB, and HB's. Top OL are still only getting 1 per game.

Re: CPU vs CPU Sliders (based off the Coach Mode Sliders)

Alright, he's another game with Pass Block at 50 and Qtr length at 8. I like these stats but I'm getting between 12-13 Yards per completion on the QBs which is making passing yardage go way up.

I'm gonna raise Pass Rush to 70 and rewatch the same game to see if that helps the CPU QB throw faster throws to the checkdown routes and hope sacks don't go up too much (which it shouldn't since the CPU likes to make random throws when he's about to get sacked)

Starfleeter, why is 8 minute quarters better than 7?
