Hey Chia, do these coaching sliders have to be put in manually or can they be downloaded? I see you said you use DK's rosters, but when I downloaded your rosters I do not see the same rosters as DK and the coaching sliders were not the same as what you posted page 1.

Coaching sliders have to be manually entered at the beginning of an offline dynasty by going to Team Management, Coach Philosophy and adjusting it for every team one at a time.

I've only tried online dynasty once and when I tried to change the coaching philosophy for other teams, I recall that I wasn't able to and I didn't see it in the Commish options either.
