What's a good subs slider?

It seems like my guys at the end of games disappear because they are too tired and are never brought back in the game. Is 60 to high or should I lower that?

I know for certain if you have Sub Out at 90 the players who go out won't come back in so I would suggest don't go over 85 with Sub Out and you won't see the problem.
