Coach Mode - Will sliders affect it?

I'm mainly a coach mode player, so how will the sliders apply in that regard this year?

I also play coach mode. Probably wont get time to play till the end of this week. I switched to coach mode after the release of NCAA 2005 and I can say that most or all the sliders are different than playing as a thumb jockey.
We are a very small community. There's a section dedicated to coach mode over at ncaastrategies.com if you're interested.

I've played about 8 coach mode games on AA default. The one that I played on Heisman default seemed the same as AA.

We need coach mode sliders because my QB is an idiot, and holds onto the ball too long sometimes and gets pummelled into oblivion. Last game he got sacked 15 times.

I also play coach mode and will be testing out the sliders more this weekend to see if they have any change on the game.

Re: Coach Mode - Will sliders affect it?

Although the change from AA default to Heisman default showed little difference when I adjusted the AA sliders from their default setting there was a significant change.

In the first half the Florida halfback gained 147 yards on 8 carries (3 TDs) against my teambuilder created team.

Their QB was 7-9 for 70 yards.

My 96 rated RB gained 19 yards on 7 carries.

The AA default "bump ups" were CPU QB Accuracy 50 to 75,CPU WR Catching 50 to 75, CPU RB Ability 50 to 75, CPU Rush Defense 50 to 75, CPU Tackling 50 to 75.

There was still 2 minutes left in the first half.

When these two teams faced off in a dynasty game at AA default my back had 104 yards on 21 carries-pretty reasonable.

The same back that torched me with slider adjustments had 25 yards on 11 carries in the first game.

Their QB was 11 of 23 for 215 yards and 2 TDs in the fisrt game.

Re: Coach Mode - Will sliders affect it?

Use the same AA sliders ( CPU QB Accuracy 50 to 75,CPU WR Catching 50 to 75, CPU RB Ability 50 to 75, CPU Rush Defense 50 to 75, CPU Tackling 50 to 75) that favor the CPU in a game between Maryland and West Virginia (CPU).

Maryland (ME) won 12-7.

West Virginia (CPU)

HB-7-53 (7.5) 0 tds
QB-11-22, 139 yards, 1 TD 3 INTs SACKED 5 times

Maryland (ME)

HB-22-73 (3.3) 0 tds
QB-14-27, 161 yards, 1 TD, 1 INT SACKED 1 time
