OC / DC Sliders / Quarter Length

Does anyone have a good quarter length for OC or DC modes, to counteract supersim and get the proper number of plays per game?

I'd like to know if there's anything good for this too.I suspect the only way to get accurate numbers is to watch the side your not coaching play out.

This is what I do. I just click RB (or is it LB) and watch the plays.
