Head Coach/Coordinator Sliders

Has anyone figured out if it is the head coach or offensive coordinator run/pass slider that affects a computer-controlled play calls?

For example, if I think a team like Alabama or Oregon (or whoever) should be running the ball more in their simmed games or games against my team during my dynasty, would you adjust their HC, OC, or both?

Thanks for any help.

The play-call is based on the HC slider.

Is that the same for both sim and played games?
