Re: FistofRage's Heisman Sliders

I think I found the proper running sliders and the AI QB was playing really well. Just played ND @ NW and I actually lost 13-23. Persa was 19-25-216 2-1 against me.

The running backs actually were using jukes in the hole and cutting outside and I actually saw a HB fumble.....

The RB's definitely pick their holes better and make moves and cuts in the hole, its like magic it works perfectly.....I think the combination of RBA/Block/Rush Defense/Tackle makes it work. You just have to try it. Just played a game as MSU(me) @ NEbraska......

Score: MSU 32 - Nebraska 30
First Downs: 14 / 21
Total Offense: 401 yds / 383 yds
Rushes-Yds-TD: 40-183-1 / 41-263-3
Comp-Att-TD: 17-27-2 / 11-21-1
Passing Yds: 218 / 120
3rd Dwn Conv: 6-16(37%) / 5-10(50%)
4th Dwn Conv: 1-1(100%) / 1-1(100%)
Red Zone-TD-FG: 3-1-2(100%) / 4-3-1(100%)
Turnovers: 3 / 4
Fumbles (Lost): 0(0) / 0(0)
Interceptions: 4 / 3
Punts Avg: 8-37.9 / 4-40.3
Penalties-Yds: 3-30 / 2-15
TOP: 23:05 / 11:19
TFL: 6 / 7
Sacks: 2 / 1
Pass Deflections: 1 / 5
Field Goals: 3-3 / 1-1
WR Drops: 0 / 2
Pancakes: 2 / 2
Broken Tackles: 2 / 2

It was a classic game, I intercepted Martinez at mid field with 1:00 left to ice it.

Only thing I want to look at right now is the INT slider, but other than that, game played great.

Try these out and post some stats. Best thing about the sliders is that they are totally even, so you don't feel cheesy using them, just playing the AI straight up.

Re: FistofRage's Heisman Sliders

Have you tried your sliders that you have on the 1st page with the threshold set to 100? Ive played 2 games with this and had the 2 best games on ncaa 12 ive had the whole time. Ive had several long runs with my running back playing as arkansas using mustangs84 rosters. But i will say this you have hit the running sliders perfectly. in 2 games im getting 5.7 yards a carry and the cpu is getting around 5.9. Which arkansas run d isnt great so not too bad since i played at gerogia won 31-27 and lost to lsu 24-14. Ford had 141 yards for lsu couldnt stop him. his big gain was at 63 yarder right up the middle. But you should try the 100 thing and see if you see the same thing.

Fist, why are you still tinkering with these? I haven't tried out the latest set yet, but I would think you're seeing the CPU pancaking your d-line frequently. I mean, is Nebraska really going to run for 263 yards against a very stingy Spartan defense? Wisconsin sure had a tough time with it on Saturday.

Were you able to make it to that game Saturday night? Classic.

I honestly think they play the best right now. In the grand scheme, they are pretty minor changes. You don't see the AI pancaking the line, just try them out, worse case scenario, go back to what they were previously. I like having the sliders totally even though.

MSU actually gave up 220 yards to Wisconsin on 41 carries on Saturday night. MSU only had 109 on 32 carries.

I wasn't at the game Saturday, but I had some people over to watch it. Very exciting.

I think it might just be getting down a consensus on the Int slider.

Anyone who is cureently testing these, be sure to post some stats.
