Coaching Sliders For Dynasty Mode

Here is the complete team Offense and defense style coaching sliders. Sub frequency has not been accounted for. Would like to give thanks to Chia who first came up with the idea on NCAA 12 and Gotmadskillzson for pointing me in the right direction.

Downloads:
Xbox GT: MillerTimexXx31 (Fully edited)

PSN:TLorenz34 (Fully edited, with most up to date OS roster)

These were collected from Teamrankings.com's assessment on the % of Running/Passing plays a team ran. Army for example ran 86.62% of the time so their Offensive slider is all the way down. For aggression i looked at a teams pass yards per attempt which shows on average how much they like to throw deep/short passes, And for defense i made aggression based on sack leaders with a high of 40 Feel free to give any suggestions or if you need any help.

Personal Slider Preferences:

Heisman

8-10 minutes: 120 plays is what we are looking for.

Game speed: Very Slow, Makes cutting and change of direction realistic, while also making the field feel life like.

Through my testing i can legitimately say that very slow is true to real life speed. I did a test where i let the cpu run by me in my dynasty on very slow so i can see their breakaway speed. Then when they reached the 41 yard line i paused it (paused at the 41 to replicate the players delay in building up to his speed on the 40 YD) and searched for that players 40 time (Orwin Smith on GT-4.53 40 YD). Then i proceeded to manually time when that player reached the end zone which is 41 yards away and i have gotten the following times-4.5, 4.6, 4.6, 4.6, 4.5.

Then i tested their Fullback, David Sims who is quite fast for a Fullback btw and ran a 4.59 40 YD, on slow speed.

Slow speed:
1st test: 4.2 seconds ( Faster than Desean Jackson)
2nd test: 4.3 seconds (Just as fast as Desean Jackson)
3rd test: 4.3 seconds ( This guy is Desean Jackson disguised as a 250 pound Fullback)
4th test: 4.2 seconds( Fastest Fullback in history)

Very slow speed test: (Jeff Greene 4.6 40 YD)
1st test:4.5 seconds ( very close)
2nd test:4.5 seconds (almost)
3rd test: 4.5 seconds (...)
4th test: 4.5 seconds (good enough)

IMO very slow clearly makes his 40 time realistic and makes the game as a whole feel more smooth. Pass blocking instantly becomes realistic and the sense of contact is felt. I also feel it makes the football field feel like its actual size and not some small chess board. Also cuts and pivoting is more realistic and opens up more for the CPU offense

So the bottom line is that very slow makes the game speed almost identical with real life so i feel the debate over which speed is the most "realistic" is over.

Testing Sliders that go well with the changes. Use any of the great ones already listed.

MAKE SURE YOU EDIT ALL COACHES FOR THE TEAM THE SAME, NOT JUST THE HEAD COACH. IF A STYLE IS INCORRECT PLEASE STATE SO, SO I MAY UPDATE IT. i HAVE ONLY ACCOUNT FOR THE COACHING CHANGES OF BRADY HOKE, NORM CHOW, RICH RODRIGUEZ, URBAN MEYER, CHARLIE WEIS.

Put a ton of time on these so please no bashing or attacks on the sliders, its all from statistics and none of them are opinionated, i'm drained and am angry that my earlier work which was more detailed was deleted. Thanks madskillz, Chia(rip), and all those who guided me along the way, i hope these make the game better because i want to finally start a dyansty that takes effort and smarts to progress in. GOOD LUCK!!!

Great job man! I'm loving Matt10's slider set right now, but I'll check yours out.

One thing that I haven't seen answered or talked about is the slider for subs. Playing 10 min quarters, I want to see the back ups come in every once in a while to give the starters some rest.

Anyone know if that sliders does anything for ingame or is it just for sim purposes?

Re: Coaching Sliders For Dynasty Mode

This is great! Anyone plan on doing the coach sliders and then submitting the roster and making it available to everyone? Unless you planned on doing it Arkansaw I'll do it and post it within the hour (hopefully).

Re: Coaching Sliders For Dynasty Mode

I've been working on my coaching sliders for a long time to go with my sliders, but yours look very similar to mine.
