Yes, I changed them for every team. Me and my friends will be starting an online dynasty with them to try them out.

Well I had a baby girl and her mom doesn't watch any sports so we'll see about that. I can't get my 10 year old son to watch any football with me. Haha! But thanks man!

I'll definitely check it out when I get home hopefully this weekend. I definitely need the CPU to defend better and call better plays but I still want them to be somewhat aggressive still. I'll let you know how it goes.. I might get my friend to do some testing for me while I'm still here at the hospital..

Great thread. Tried both ways. What sliders, and difficulty? Also, threshold and pass interfere settings? Trying arks again just to make sure I'm not seeing things, but love urs.

arkansaw and authentic discovered this, however, i believe my videos show that THEIR VERSION is reversed.. bc when i played my dyansty games with their coach sliders, i still saw a million cpu screens, screen sacks, and it was extremely money and easy to complete a deep pass at will...

all i did was three things-

1) downloaded their rosters (im using authentics for ps3)

2) switch the defensive pass/run to as close to 50/50 as it will allow.. if you cannot get 50/50, simply get it as close as you can WHILE STILL FAVORING THE PASS (example- some teams will read 45 run/55 pass, 47 run/53 pass etc) just get it to the setting where its closest to 50/50 BUT NEVER NEVER EVER FAVOR THE RUN or the db's will jump run causing the deep ball problem

3) i flipped their aggression for offense and defense (so if a teams aggression was 30 / 70 i moved it to 70/30 towards the word conservative [makes sense huh] i did this for offense and defense. i bvelieve this setting on offense has to do with the screen issue... for some reason, when i reverse the settings as ark and authentic have them, the screens are few and far between. and rarely result in a sack...


notes:

going 50/50 (as close as possible) on defense run/pass allows the offense to dictate the game. if you have your team set to 30/70 to defend pass... and you play army.. well wtf.. that makes no sense. OFFENSE DICTATES THE GAME. gameplans are NOT SET IT STONE from game to game... they change! so your team being set to 50/50 will allow them to a)react appropriately to run/pass b) let ratings dictate their awareness, play recognition, coverage skills, pursuit, etc..

ALL OF THE OFFENSIVE RATIOS ARE CORRECT (example- army should be 15/85 towards the run-- 15 on the left side ) those are all ok!

YOU MUST SWITCH ALL OF THE COORDINATORS TO MATCH THE HEAD COACH (or as close as possible) i think my videos show proof that these settings work.
and i know if you play even ONE TEST HALF, let alone a few games, you will see the realism and LEGIT cpu play we all want.

Your right, as for the jabs at me and authentic...that's another story but yeah you basically nailed what you assumed. Now the thing i have a problem with is why not do this from the getgo to avoid all this slandering of people? But no more arguing your video is right and that is all that matters. Im going to try these out and get back to authentic if they stand true, and i will always give your just due for me and authentics supposed error.

I never meant for name calling in a project that is here to help, so im going to try your sliders and if im wrong then i guess i didn't test as thoroughly as you.

my sliders are another story. im testing TWO DYNASTYS with identical schedules just different settings. i play a unique way. i use auto pass and i control NO players. once i snap the ball, i let the cpu do it all, run, catch, everything, pass rush, int, tackles.. its basically coach mode, but im on the field... so my sliders are very simple

heisman
8 minutes
0 thresh (tested everything, and tthis is the only setting where fatty lineman cannot chase down rb's unrealistically)
slow speed


same for user/cpu
qb acc- 100- greatyly improves decision making by qb
pass block-100- allows for higher pass rush setting (more line interaction animations)
wr catch-50
rb ability-100- greatly improves option qb/option game, rb's run with a purpose and a brain
run blcok- 50- keep pancake stats realistic
pass cov-100- needed due to 100 acc
pass rush-100- you will see all animations from players now
int-50- matches catch so both have equal chance of catching ball in air
rush d- 50- matches block
tackle-100- works perfect with 100 ability

specials settings allow for missed fg and sometimes pat if kicker accuracy is very bad (usually below 75 will miss some pat) punt acc allows for some shanks and different catch animations on the return/ different punt trajectories
fg power-75
fg acc- 35
punt power-75
punt acc-35
kickoff-40

**** i watch sim all special teams plays- ONE unfixable problem at this point is that when i sim my punt return (which is technically a defensive play) the cpu swithces my gameplan to AGGRESIVE! insane!! so i have to switch it back to balanced before i restart a defensive series. i leave all gameplans on balanced. i will only switch to run the clock out under 4 minutes in the 4th
