Very simply; HUM RBA to 30; HUM RBL to 5 and CPU RDEF to 100. I also inputted the penalty settings we had before with False Start @ 80 and Clipping @ 35.
So here is what it looks like:

INT's definitely do feel better. Pretty much every single INT in these 2 games was because of underthrowing one-on-one deep balls and floaters into double coverage. I think this is the happiest I've been with a set posted here.

I'd like to see a little more action from the CPU RBs, but the reason why I'm not is logical. I get up pretty early and forces the CPU to start throwing pretty much the rest of the game. And my starting D-line has players from 95+ ovr and up .My defense is 1st in run D and 115th in pass D.

Thanks for the test and feedback, Dozier. Try the updated set on the OP and in the post above yours. You should see the CPU run defense make more stops; and they will have a bit more running room with clipping penalty down back @ 35, not to mention False start - thanks!

I'm also in 1st in Run D in my UVA (on twitchtv) dynasty. I decided to scrap it since it was a result of multiple tests, and thus inconsistencies. If you're not too far in, I'd suggest doing the same - as these settings are dynasty ready imho. I will only address modifying them if the issues stand out significantly.

Hey Matt, I am running an Online Dyn. on PS3 and it wont let me edit the coaches aggression levels, but I can in a offline dynasty. It just shows me their skill tree, any fix for the PS3 guys?

Re: NCAA 14 - OS Community + Playmakers Split Sliders

Vandy at Tennessee updated set. Tennessee 34-3! Vandy came in at 2-8 but there ratings were even with mine and with a better offense. 2 things that were noted right away. User passing I had less than 2 seconds to throw on almost every pass, I could make one read and if I didnt chuck it in there I had to throw it away. I caught myself looking more at the rush when the ball was snapped to immediately try and scramble away from it. 75% of the time it came from my right side where the rt never attempted to make a block. 84 overall 93 str 94 awr 87 pass blk 81 rblk 86 ibl. De for vandy 76 overall 72 str 78 spd 73 agl 73 awr 74 tak 71 pwm 73 fmv 74 blk shd 73 purs. Led the team with 11 tackles 8 solo 4 tfl 4 sacks. The 2nd thing are user rbs both in the 85 speed range with acc in the low 90s and 88&87 agility rarely could I hit a hole. Running felt the way it should but they were so slow I couldn't run away from the dline.

Tennessee 320 Total o 13/22-253 4tds (finally hit a few big plays all be it 2 were tipped for 50 yard tds. 41-67 rushing neal and lane combined went 23-40 2 scrambles for 27. 5/13 on 3rd downs, 0 turnovers 18fds I belive besides the td passes every completion was for a fd, sacked 9 TIMES.

Vandy 237 yards total offense. 20/36-214 (this came mostly in the 4th quarter) passing. Rushing was 18-23 (not sure why im not seeing what you guys are seeing) 3/14 on 3rd downs no turnovers and sacked 3 times (2 were coverage otherwise it was just good pressure). 11 fds 9 in the 4th quarter where they put up close to 150 yards otherwise I never felt challenged by there offense.

Re: NCAA 14 - OS Community + Playmakers Split Sliders

Matt,

Just played a game as Georgia State vs Georgia Tech. Tech ran the ball well and when I thought it was going to be a blowout, I was able to come back to make it a 31-24 game.

I like the directness of the CPU running backs at 30 and agree that they danced too much at 40; but I tried it at 35 and it was nice; a little more wiggle, but still some good straight-line carries.

One thing, three times in the game the Yellow Jacket QB went to pitch way too late like, it went directly behind him to the RB, all three resulting in horrendous fumbles (1 I scored on). That really made the game closer than it should be and momentum swung my way, allowing me to come back. It happened to two different Yellow Jacket QBs too.

I did not see that on the sets where we had CPU QB Acc at 45. That may not be it, but we might want to bump it up to 45 whenever playing triple option teams....coverage doesn't matter as much there. I'm going to play against Tech in their next game to see what happens.

Woot! Post 4000...LOL. I know, "Shuttup Josh"

I noticed this a bit too in my 2 games, the RBs weren't hitting the holes they should have been, IE on a spread play they'd just go totally horizontal even if they had room to cut and go vertical. Maybe 35 would be a sweet spot. As I've noted before I don't control my RB, so I noticed this on both sides of the ball. They don't seem very aggressive to get to the hole on 30.
