I've honestly never tried coach mode so I really don't know enough about the way coach mode plays out to give you an honest opinion. All I can say is give em a shot, I'd love to know how they play in coach mode, you could be my coach mode guniea pig lol

Warning: Watch out for Gators when you go to the "Swamp"

I bout got bit by em. After beating Georgia, I spanked #2 North Carolina who was overrated and overmatched, the win bumped me to #1.

Florida ran the ball like beasts and they didn't want me to run the ball. A pick 6 by my corner (I player lock, its awesome watching a cpu player take it to the house) put me up 10-0 but they came out and put up 21 in the 2nd, the score was 21-17 going into half.

By the end of the 3rd it was 24-21 me, my freshman punter had beautiful back to back punts leaving the Gators on the 1 and 2 yd line but it didn't slow them down. After run, run, run, run, run I committed 8 to the box and bam they hit me with playaction for a huge gain. It didn't take much work from there for them to score with their RB in beast mode, all of a sudden I'm down 28-24.

I got a break when my WR got a step on the corner and the safety and I bombed it over their heads putting me in the Redzone, with under 2 min left. I got stuffed on the run a few times then came out 5 wide and hit them with a sweep option and walked in with the QB from the 4 yd line.

I made three changes before this game and they will be official as I feel it gave the cpu quite a bit more competitiveness. I lowered user tckl to 25 and bumped cpu tckl to 75, I also bumped cpu WR ctch to 40.

Any luck with getting good pancake stats? Does this impact award voting for OL?

Mike I'm going into week 4 of year 2 and my top lineman has 2 pancakes and I have 5 or 6 others with 1 each. I did have 2 linemen up for awards last year but neither won. I really don't think there is much we can do about pankcakes.

My time on top of the mountain didn't last long. My #1 Rebels strutted into Nashville thinking Vandy would be a cupcake game, boy were we wrong.

It was all my fault. I made some bad decisions throwing the ball and gave up 5 picks, Vandy just had my number the whole game. I was down 24-7 at halftime but fought back and got a pick with 1 min left and the game was 31-31. Well what do I do? I throw a damn pick and Vandy moves down the field, I tried to let them walk into the endzone but my players did not obey, 23 secs left I have no timeouts and Vandy kicked a FG to end it.

Fun but tough game, rivalry games will challenge you with this set. My next game is a rivalry game too but this week we play #2 Bama, I be scared mane.

I've lost 2 in a row. 10 turnovers in 2 games. Wallace has 14 INT on the year, I lead the nation in INT woot woot.

cparrish roster sounds very interesting, I've been following the posts. I think I'm going to wait for the "full" release. Have you tested any games with the roster they released and these sliders by any chance?
