Shope I'm glad you tried out the sliders. Every once in a while you'll play a game where the CPU QB just doesn't miss, looks like you were having one. You really have to mix up coverage and blitzes to throw off the CPU.
I think another thing that didn't help you was the fact that you had ELEVEN third down attempts in one half! Crazy!
The goal of this slider set was to create a challenge, and luckily a pretty realistic game came along with it. Keep playing with it and let us know what you think!

Ok... I don't think these stats can get any better.... What a game!! Secondary is jumping all over those bad throws and you can tell... There was no time when I thought that something was off... Both teams played hard nosed football for 4 quarters... Hard hitting and actually some great looking animations also... The int's on both sides of the ball were awesome, players jumping the routes... This is again on 10 minute quarters and Play Now Mode... Their QB started to carve me up using the read option and my guys bit a lot and also stayed home, the balance was great... With it being on Heisman across the board, I didn't feel cheated at all... I got a great game... Hope these stats help prove this set is pretty good...

This is from the online dynasty where we created these sliders... We started out as 1 star schools (EMU, UMass, and La Tech). I moved from EMU to Indiana this year.
These are the stats from my third game of the season (first against CPU).
Turnovers kept the game close, and the fact that my secondary is AWFUL didn't help.

Like you, been trying to find a set that sticks so going to try these out and see how they go. Figure try to be a lower school and see how it goes, from all the stats I've been seeing, it looks promising so I'll let you know how it goes.

Jumped right into a dynasty with a lower star rated team and picked Miami University. As you can see, I got smoked haha. Marshall's QB torched me all game but I tried it on 10 minutes. I am going to lower it to 8 minutes for the next game because was just WAY too many plays. My team ran 84 plays while they ran 94 plays, and I simmed the 4th QTR so it probably would have been more if I played it myself. Going to change the length of the quarters and see how it goes but as far as gameplay goes, was really solid and liked the first game playing with this set.

Glad you enjoyed your first game! Cato is a GREAT QB!!! We've tried playing more than 8 minutes before and it just feels like a marathon... 8 has been our number for a while now. Keep posting your stats would love to see them!

Yeah I had also thought about changing, but I really like 10 minutes.... I don't know why but it just feels right... I really haven't had a problem with the play count, it has been pretty close every time... Everybody is different in their play styles.... Me personally I like to take my time, I get some pretty good games... I will keep posting results... I'm going to start a dynasty with these as Army tonight and my custom conferences and have Auburn be my alma mater.... Yes I will take some beatings but with some good recruits we can win some games...
