I don't know if it was the penalty sliders or what because there was wasn't much change with the gameplay sliders. FSU (99/99/99) did not make it into the red zone all game. Buffalo also held West Virginia without a touchdown. Arizona State was only able to put up 14 against a bad IU defense. My impression is that it wasn't better plays by the user but rather poor decision making by the cpu ai. Cpu QB's didn't seem decisive enough and often waited for the pressure to arrive before making a move. I'd like to go back to the 4 threshold set and make it final. Google's cache updated about 6 hours after your last edit so hopefully you or another member still has the 4 threshold set.
Yes, I will send you the previous set via pm. Still testing the current set with the coaching sliders. I have played with 50/50 for awhile now for the simple fact that other guru's said that plays best, however changing these has a big impact in every phase of the game. I will send what I am working on and you can decide.

Re: ncaa 14 heisman sliders

I have decided to go back to the original settings as posted. The only things I am testing are hfa and threshold.

Kent st (user) @ Lsu
60 threshold and hfa- on

I actually quit this in the 3rd quarter it very much played out like it was supposed to.

Score 0 - 52
Fds 5 - 16
Rushing 25-20 - 31-156 5tds
Passing 11/25-73 3ints - 14/18-183 1td 1int
3rd downs 3/14 - 8/12
Turnovers 3 - 1
Top 11:30 - 18:30

Coaching aggression kent st off aggression 60/40 def 45/55
Lsu off 60/40 def 80/20.

Didn't notice anything out of whack with hfa. 60 threshold really seemed to improve line play especially with the better rated team. Lsu dominated in the trenches. Kent state's lineman were going backwards the majority of the time. Going to play more games with this setup to mainly test threshold to ensure wide open play. My starting rb had 17 carries for 48 yards. I really noticed the up the gut runs were destroyed by lsu's interior line which for whatever reason has never been the case. Shout out to Nathan D for bringing up the decreased play with different penalties that sure did seem to hinder the set.

Re: ncaa 14 heisman sliders

Game 2, pretty much the same settings as above except coaching aggression.

Arkansas(user) vs S. Miss

Score 40 - 24
Fds 24 - 17
Rushing 48-274 4tds - 30-41 1td
Passing 17/31-245 1td 4ints - 24/38-275 2tds 1int
3rd downs 10/15 - 8/15
Turnovers 4 - 1
Sacks 5 - 1

This was a fun game minus the 4 picks. Not concerned about them at all I forced everyone and they were down in the red zone. Without those this would have been a complete blowout. Definitely can't get away with just chucking it into coverage right to the defender and expect him to drop it. I had a long run of 52 and a long pass of 44 while S. Miss had a long run of 24 and a long pass of 43. While threshold is high there are still plenty of big plays to be had.

Re: ncaa 14 heisman sliders

Game 3, equal teams Texas (user) vs Ole Miss both 90 overall 90 off and 92 def. Texas was the home team.

Txt/om
score 24 - 26
Fds 13 - 18
Total offense 262 - 382
Rushing 36-66 - 38-196 1td
Passing 21/38-196 3tds 2ints - 23/41-186 1td 3ints
3rd downs 8/21 - 9/19
Turnovers 2 - 3
Sacks 4 - 5

Awesome game my defense kept me in the game. Ole Miss was playing with there 4th string qb and it really showed. Offensively for me it was a struggle swooped was consistantlt erratic but had a nice drive at the end of the game to pull within 2. I stopped Ole Miss after they got one first down and got the ball back with about a min left. I was sacked the first play to put me in a big whole. After 2 straight completions I was left with a 4th and 7, figured I would try the flag route (aka money route) they were covered perfectly on both sides of the field. I threw it up anyway and ended up being the 2nd pick which also sealed the ole miss win.

Re: ncaa 14 heisman sliders

I couldn't do anything in the last 7 minutes I think I had 9 straight drops/swat downs..there defense killed me in last 5 min. 4 verts was covered 3/5 times couldn't get a screen off.
Sacks me-3 them-5
Had a def pass interference on them definitely got some momentum defensively in 2 half but so did there defense
The op-36 thresh-hfa on
