There's a couple ways to make a QB balanced in this game....

You could lower any of these 3 ratings

Speed
Acceleration
Break Tackles

Usually a combination of speed and acceleration ranging from 70-78 will get you a balanced QB Tendency

Unless your familiar with the ratings such as Throw Power and Throw Accuracy which can be mixed in to create a Balanced QB.

I found buffeyes rosters on ps3 man ohio states ovr sucks was this 2013 season or 2014 cuz its not 2015/2016 lol
