MP3 format issue for Custom Stadium Sounds

Question for anyone: I just burned a CD of about 55 tracks to a CD (all mp3 format). Burned them to my PS3 and named some of them. I get into the Custom Stadium Sounds and it doesn't recognize any of my "tracks". I get a message "Only MP3s can be previewed" and cannot import any of my 55 tracks.

WTF! Help please.

I have not tried that actually. I wanted to, but for some reason, I thought we couldn't.

Re: MP3 format issue for Custom Stadium Sounds

u have to change the way ur tracks are being imported on ur ps3. by default ps3 imports in AAC format. go to music settings and tell it to import as mp3s and u should be fine.

EDIT: you'll have to import the tracks from the cd again. u cant just convert those files u already have.
