Instead of burning files to a cd to import, is there a way to send the selected part of the file to a flash drive?

Anyone else have problems burning a CD from itunes? It always gives me an error message. EDIT: Oh I figured it out, can't wait to get try this feature out!

Re: Effortless way to select what part of the song you want to play

I am attempting to take music files from itunes to PS3. Currently the files in itunes are AAC audio files (from an original CD). Do I need to change it to a MP3 file, or no? If so how. Or can I slap'em on a USB drive and good to go. Appreciate any help.

long story I have both the ps3 and 360. Anyway I had the 360 first so I burnt the songs on a cd and ripped them to my 360. no problem. but I tried that with the ps3 and it keeps telling me the songs have to be in MP3 format....... So I guess the PS3 must use mp3 only? but the PS3 plays the songs from the Cd in one the dashboard
