Re: custom tracks pointless and a hassle

Once you burn the songs to the 360 HD the only real tricky part/annoyance is that you have to create a playlist for each individual song or sound clip you want to use. If you have any CD-RWs lying around I recommend using them for burning because I highly doubt you'll get all the songs exactly the way you want them on the first try.

The problem is it requires a little work and isn't a McSound neatly packaged ready to go..
I loath the "Want it now with No Work" attitudes...
Skybox, what "work" did you do to make it sound good? I am on PS3 and my stadium sounds sounded like they were coming out of a radio someone sat behind my tv. I really want this feature to work well for me...I tried adjusting volume but it never sounded natural. Help!

Google "audacity" and there you go. I'm sure there are better ones out there but I'm having fun with it. You can grab say, 20 seconds of a 2 minute clip you want to use, add cool effects and even combine two audio files. I'm trying to perfect a drumline with crowd noise currently.
