I feel like I have searched high and low in every menu option in dynasty, and can't find a way to edit my Custom Stadium Sounds in dynasty. Is there somewhere I didn't look or is it just not possible to edit once in dynasty?

I beleive they are under the tab "Dyanasty Setup" but I could be wrong, I am at work and not looking at the game. But I think this is where they are. Plus you can set them up outside of a dyansty.

You need to enter the Custom Stadium Sounds mode in the main menu of the game. You can find it under My NCAA I believe.

Correct, you cannot access Stadium sounds inside of Dynasty.
exit out to main menu and under my ncaa.
