Hey SEC what do you use to add reverb to your sounds. I have Wavepad sound editor and mp3 editor for free and they sortof get the job done but it is tough to get each song to have decent reverb. I was just wondering if a) you use one of these programs and b) if you do use these programs what do you set the reverb settings as?

The program I use is called Audacity. The link to the website is below:

http://audacity.sourceforge.net/

Make sure to download the Lame Encoder from the same website to have the ability to export your sounds as MP3s

My GVerb settings are:

Roomsize - 250
Reverb time - 2
Damping - .85
Input Bandwith - 1.000
Dry Signal Level - 0
Early Reflection Level - -20
Tail Level - -10

I am no Audacity guru by any means but those are the settings I use.

Re: SECElite's Stadium Sounds Thread 2012

Hey thanks man im gonna give these a try. I just wanted to thank you for putting all of this together. If you put the time into actually doing this for your game it will play out to be a more entertaining and life-like game in the end. It is basically getting a presentation boost that the NCAA team canot do themselves and it definitely adds a lot to the games. Thanks a lot!

Re: SECElite's Stadium Sounds Thread 2012

This is sortof a buzzkill but after I sent that last post I went to download the Virgnia Cavaliers zip and it started saying I had a virus so i quick turned onn my laptop and now its back to normal I hope but I just wanted to throw that out there to be careful. Im not sure if this was caused by just that file or the website itself either. Anyone encounter this?
