Well, in the 3-4, those guys might not play as well, and if you don't blitz them every down, they will be a liability in coverage. The elite Dumervil will be good as a 3-4 OLB, as Finesse Moves are what they will use most of the time since that is what edge rushers use. Freeney, Suggs, and Pollack are two other great options as stand up DE's. OLB's who are good for that, you need to look at the ones with high strength and are fast. LaMarr Woodley, Von Miller, Jarvis Jones, Ahmad Brooks, and Brian Cushing are probably the best options in that scheme. Woodley is better than an 86 in that scheme since pass rushing is his specialty.

Thanks, I appreciate your input. I pretty much do blitz them every down when I run nickel and dime packages (which is like 90% of the time since everyone loves 3 and 4 receiver sets online). Woodley was actually starting for me when I posted this originally, and I didn't really like him and he never seemed to do much when pass rushing. In real life, he is a great pass rushing specialist, but his finesse and power moves aren't very good on this game.
I ended up going with Freeney and Pierre-Paul and after a few games, I am getting a lot more pass rush. Freeney actually made a super clutch pick while playing coverage late in my last game to seal it.
