I didn't know they had a "freshmen" version....usually they give those away as promos on Friday's and they aren't auctionable. I was just pissed that they include them in packs now.....was looking for a Warrick, Williams or MsGinist.....got this, Billy Cannon and the HH Matt Leinert that has been eluding me for so long now.

I hope you kept going lol. I pulled that card yesterday, posted a pic on EA griping about it, and then pulled the HH Suh in the very next pack. I just accepted mine as a 'sign' ha.

I think it's cool that they have these different versions of players in the game. That's probably just the collector in me, though. I picked up a freshman Denard Robinson a few weeks ago in a gold pack and was very happy with it.

The way EA does most of the cards/packs are stupid. I dont even do the CPU challenges because the gold reward packs are stacked with players like this 85 overall and ish. Frankly im starting to hate how they set all this up. Mike Vick has like 6 different cards out there. He has a silver card with a 75 overall i think but then everyone got his freshman "gold" card which is an 85 overall O_o....so what happen did he just like degress in his college career like wtf lol. I dont even have any hope for MUT either
