Didn't they use to come out with late week elites?

On the Elite solo challenge it said something about the Elites released last week were the last ones. I'm not sure if it's still there since I haven't checked in awhile.

It looks like limited rookie cards are coming out instead on Thursdays. I bet they keep making new elites on Monday though.
