Why does my running back ratings take a tumble when I plug one where the fullback in a more modern offense is?

for example Georgia Tech's offense the fullback is where the B-Back goes (like Jonathon Dwyer)

Is there anyway to get around this. Takes a lot of fun out of the triple option

Same with moving any player out of position. Their AWR drops heavily. I wonder, does their STR drop as well?

Is there a package in the playbook that allows for 3 HB's? That might be the only way without taking the ratings hit. Otherwise, your'e options are pretty much limited to William Floyd, Stanley Havili, and Robert Hughes for good running FB's.
