I posted this a while back and a lot of people joined, but here you go. You do it using bing rewards. Also, signing up now gives you 200 credits right away. You need 330 to earn a 3 dollar gift card so you will almost be there. Also, if you sign up via the link I get 200 credits myself for every person who just signs up. Will appreciate that a lot, and remember you can have up to 5 accounts so feel free to do that.
