Lately, I haven't been able to pay online games or the AP Top 25 Games. It makes me really frustrated because I am low on coins and I really want that extra 7500 coins. Every time I try to play the game it goes to the loading screen and never gets off of it. I then have to go to the Xbox dashboard and when I go back to UT it uses a game my players if I try to play offline.

Had that same problem on ps3 and had to start a case and took maybe 2 days to fix it.

had same problem last week. Apparently my "player" reserves was over the limit (not sure what the limit is) so i had sold some cards. Made sure i could move cards from current roster to reserves and it worked.

try moving all legiondary collectibles, hh's and he's to your reserves.

this worked for me. I can now play w the hws but the collectibles have to in the reserves.
