Just purchased the 15 All-American packs and yet they are nowhere to be found, how do I claim these packs?

Wait a few minutes. If they still don't show go and retry to purchase and it should not charge you.

I have been charged and am still waiting. It has been over a week now. I contacted EA support and they said it'll take 7-10 business days for someone to look at it. They should be giving me extra packs though from what I've been understanding so I can wait. They said it's a know glitch that they are trying to correct
