hard to hate on someone who is honest and isn;t a douche. glad your time was worth it contacting EA. wish there never was a screw up on these MVP collections to begin with.

Same here. Best I got was 100k compensation. That was after 3 phone calls.

Wow. Just fix the damn game. I have things to do, not gonna waste my time on the phone for an hour and pray I get a generous customer service person. Fix the damn game, such an embarrassment this POS company is.

WOW! wtf! I have been on the phone twice today with them and no luck!!! The latest on my end....as I just got off phone
1. They claim they did give people the cards who called before noon today
2. They are in packs now
3. If you bought packs with $$ the past couple days they are going to give you 100k in coins to compensate you
4. They offered me 200k after my bitching so I took it even though I wanted the cards.

EXACTLY. I have school all day, golf afterward and I actually want to PLAY the game when I get home, not wait on EA interns for 2 hours who will give me no help/compensation. I'm about to break down and contact them maybe on Sunday to see if I can get this resolved. We'll see...

So what we've learned is that we have to call EA, waste a couple hours on the phone, and then they MIGHT magically appear as a reward if we spent enough money/coins on packs in the past few days?? This mass release has been a buzzkill
