These are all great ideas. They should stick with stuff that the fans liked in the past versions of the game while still adding things into the game.

That way we as fans can get a game we love and will enjoy all year long,

When you goto pick a play just hit right or left on the right stick and you can sub in backup hb, or qb, or reciever, or whatever I think thats what hes talking about.

Pretty much everything mentioned plus a few simple things:

Medical Redshirts
Hair
A pre-season option to assign numbers (I may be the only one on this one)
