When you consider that to release the game, the devs of Gran Turismo 5 had to port 800 of their 1000 cars from ps2 models, I think it's easy to see why FCS teams aren't in the game. In terms of art assets and time, that would be a huge undertaking for something that a very small portion of the community wants.

There are over 500 teams in 31 leagues in FIFA 10. I am sure they could probably add a few FCS teams. Maybe a few of the bigger conferences , CAA, SoCon, Big Sky etc. And the Ivy league of course.

There is plenty of room to add more teams. Its likely all template files for the rosters/ratings/uniforms anyhow. The stadiums would likely be generic but so what.

How about we first get a full roster for the teams we already have. It would be best when ea puts in CC to put in FCS teams then if disk space is not a problem.

It's a different cost-benefit equation imo. Those FIFA leagues are as important as the afc and nfc. Outside of a handful of hardcore guys in the community, no one really notices the missing fcs teams.

What!? Seriously? Game breaker? Wow dude you must not be a fan of NCAA or college football if you won't buy a game cause some crappy FCS schools aren't in it. He was talking about the coaching carousel, not the FCS teams.

The lack of FCS schools is pretty big to me. Team Builder doesn't fix it. i don't want to have to replace a team to get an FCS team in my dynasty. I should have all 120 FBS schools along with the FCS schools.

I know basketball teams average around 15 players, but College Hoops 2k8 had well over 300 teams. Even EA's college basketball game had over 300 schools. I would really hope that we could have at least the same number of FCS schools on next gen. We should be able to double that number easily too.

Yep.... Which in itself really isn't a deal breaker either IF you love NCAA Football. Disappointing yes...deal breaker...no way for me.
