Ability to upgrade facilities, stadiums, etc...

I think it would be cool to have the ability to upgrade facilities, expand your stadium, and etc based on a history of winning.

I agree, if I wanted to build up a program like SMU into a power house SMU would obviously get a new stadium...improve athletic facilities...etc...
Maybe you could build up program points for certain things you accomplish...
but make it not so easy... make it hard and challenging because its not everyday you see a program build a new stadium.
I think it'd also be cool if you could have a map of the campus and adjust things on campus to make it better looking to attract recruits... not just facilities but like buildings and things like that.

yeah this would be good because whats the point of making a team like Midd-tenn number 1 if they have a small stadium?. please make it so we can upgrade our stadium facilities etc.

This would be a great addition. The sky is the limit for the possibilities for this game but EA drags it down and doesn't allow great features like this to be added.

the only thing ive always wondered about this is how would they do it and make it look like the real stadium with an upgrade. They spent so much time getting the measurements of the stadium, the surrounding buildings, the views, the way the sun hits at this time, ect. and then if you want to add seats or a pressbox how do you do that while keeping the authentic look theyve worked so hard on.

Couldn't they just do it how Madden does their create-a-stadium, but just change it a little?
