Who Should Get Cover of NCAA 12???

My vote goes to Mark Ingram, Julio Jones, AJ Green, Cam Newton, or Noel Devine.
I think it should be one of the Alabama players because of what Ingram and Jones did for the program... for the longest time Alabama was aweful, but these two phenoms helped rejuvinate the program regardless of how this season ends. Alabama's back thanks to them (and a little help I guess lol).

I wouldn't be shocked to see them go back to a different guy for every version because nobody on that list is Tebow, from a purely marketing standpoint.

I would vote Cam Newton if he wins the national championship, because that would be amazing if he did that for Auburn. But I don't think he'll get by Alabama so I'm with WeAreChampions its Mark Ingram or Julio.

Cam Newton is very marketable.
So is Mark Ingram, he's a great dude.
Maybe not Noel Devine, but AJ Green is marketable.
I also think Julio could be marketable if he's used right in commercials.
He's shy, but I think he would do well in a commercial were he is supposed to be funny, similar to the Charles Barkley and Dwayne Wade commercials.

If I ask someone who doesn't watch college football who Cam Newton or Mark Ingram are, they wouldn't know. People who didn't watch college football knew who Tim Tebow was. There's nobody in this year's class who has the crossover appeal of Tebow. Not even close.

And before you say "why would it matter if people who don't watch college football knew who they were?", a cover is supposed to have the most appeal possible. To everyone. Even non-football watchers.

Newton or Ingram are the equivalent of putting Chris Paul on the cover of an NBA game. NBA fans know who he is and that he's great, but non-NBA fans have never heard of him. Tebow was the equivalent of putting Michael Jordan on the cover of an NBA game.
