Teambuilder Improvements for NCAA '12

One thing I'd like to see is either the ability to edit player equipment on the TB site, or at least on the console after downloading your team. The way it is now, you can't edit your roster at all until you start a dynasty. Maybe I'm nitpicking, but it's a nuisance to have to edit your complete roster every time you begin a dynasty. For me, that may be as many as 5 times as online dynasties tend to fizzle out after several seasons with people dropping out, as well as offline dynasties I may start. Equipment choices for your players is what adds character to your team.
