How about a whole team/position specific equipment editor? Like if you want everyone on your team to wear a Revolution helmet, and you don't want to go to each individual, you can just select the Revo and equip to all or some of the players. Same applies with socks, if you'd like all the players to have medium length socks, it'd be ten times simpler.
