First and foremost I would like the sideline to look like the rest of the game. There should be real players on the sidelines.

Second I want there to be actually interaction between players on the sideline and a ball thrown out of bounds or a player that runs out of bounds

Third I want to see players run on and off the field during personnel changes. Also players running in should relay the play in the huddle.

I think this is a great idea. I would like to see players hanging out by the coach and dudes jumping out of the way when your wr or rb gets smashed out of bounds. I would like to see your star hb hanging by the coach and when he gets called back into the game he actually runs in.

Exactly, let's get this game to be as real as possible. And I don't mean cutscenes, I mean just anytime the sideline is in view you can see a number of things going on.

Yes I want Trainers on the sideline as well, also let the players take off their helmets, its like the helments are grafted to their skull.

Heres a good idea. since we want players running on and off the field, there should be PENALTIES (we all want more penalties in the game) of players not getting off in time or having too much players on the field if theres confusion

Great Idea but knowing EA, they like to overdo aspects of the game. For example Injuries.
