normal vs letterbox dilemma

I changed my veiw on my x-box from normal to letterbox to see what it was like. It was great for play, I could actually see my receivers going into coverage and make a read for once. The downside was that the menus became blurry and letters smaller making it more difficult to read and hard on the eyes. Too bad you cannot change in game.

I think I will get one of those use PC monitor adapters someone in another post linked. It was like 13 dollars. I have a 19 inch monitor (same size as my TV) just sitting up in a closet since my wife bought her flat screen monitor. Maybe that would get rid of the blurriness of the letters and even let me use a higher definition perhaps.
