Looking for an honest opinion

I don't understand what everybodies problem was with NCAA 2005. Personally,I enjoy the game.

[WEll, I have PSX rather than Xbox. I bought Madden2005 the first week it was out and was knocked off my feet. And I just bought NCAA2005 this past week. Personally, I really have to say that the NCAA is actually a smidge better than Madden. I know they're both using the same design and engine. But for some reason I'm enjoying NCAA more. I get better games, better weather effects etc. I've been using the historical teams for now until I get my sliders the way I want them. One of the first games I played was 1997 Nebraska vs 1997 Michigan. It was something I'll always remember for living up to what I had hoped in excitement and thrills. I can't say that I've had that experience with Madden.

Agreed, I really love this game (PS2), sure there are some problems, but I find the fun factor far outweighs the annoyances.

I'd buy it. The drop problem can be SOMEWHAT corrected by holding Y (catch button on XBOX) as you try to catch the ball, even if you don't have control of the wr. Otherwise, it's definately enjoyable, and if you like current rosters, than I might recommend 2005.

2005 is a great football game and i'd highly recommend it. Does it have problems? Sure just like any other game but it's worlds better than 2004 because it has alot better defense. If you're someone who just likes alot of offense and high scoring games though then go ahead and get 2004 but if you recognize both sides of the ball then 2005 is the clear winner.
