Sure I do - legal precedent.

If you create a product .... make no mistake, that's what sports are .... you can't control the licensing of your intellectual property? "Sports Are Different" doesn't cut it - because they aren't.

You're asking that no one be able to set a price on their own intellectual property. Make a movie, and anyone can make a game of it. Write a novel, and everyone can make a movie. Write a song, and every commercial can use it.

That is what you're asking for. You think you'll get it?

I think every angle of this thread has been exhausted. With the news of NCAA and Madden coming out tonight, it can only get worse. Let's just close this thread and remain civil around here. Hayvis, you have good points, but the law isn't always fair.
