it says that you invite recruits to campus in the fall, so I'm going to assume (which is probably a no no with EA) that these recruits are also going to be at the game that you'll play next. Having assuming this, you would need to invite certain position players to certain games.
Example:
Your next game is against a team that is ranked #113 in pass defense. You should invite QB's (WR's too) on campus that weekend, so they can watch you throw for 400 yards and 4 td's.

That only makes sense right?

Doesnt seem like fluff, seems like added strategy to me.

If done right that is.

I mean, when do you bring a kid in early or late? Do small schools have to wait on the big schools (like in real life)? Do you bring them in on a game youre guaranteed to win, or do you bring them in for your big rivalry? Do you have a limited number of visits?

All sorts of neat possibilities.
