Release date on June 28th?

yeah it seems gamestop will be doing the midnight release, i dunno about ebgames..so dont plan on getting it before midnight on the 11th

I've already been told EBGames will be selling them the afternoon of the 11th. Gamestop and EBGames basically aren't supposed to sell them until midnight but for the last couple of years they sell them earlier, usually about 8 or 9pm. I don't believe there's any reason to think this year will be any different.

Out of curioisity, does this game sell out usually? I'll probably drive to Buffalo on the 14th or so to pick up the game, and it would piss me off if the game wasn't there...

Yes, it often sells out but usually there is only a day wait or so until they get new ones in. I'd preorder if you can so you won't waste a trip.

I got mine at the EA Store, and yes you can make international pre-orders.

well according to gamestop reps, this year IS different, because EA wants to be like bungie and have the store open at 12 for THIER game.

Its all over the easports.com message boards that the game is going to come out before the 12th. They even gave phone numbers that they called of gamestops that said that it was coming out sooner. Just interesting to read. Here is a link.

I know its all speculation but it would still be a nice surprise. If not, its worth the wait.
