Is there a way to get a copy of NCAA Football 06 in Canada without buying online?

The way i understood it was that they didn't want to support American colleges. Sure if there was a CIS football game I could somewhat understand but the whole policy is bogus and I will still see Pre Played NCAA games on the shelves at places like EB.
