THE REASON IT IS SO MUCH DATA IS BECAUSE THERE ARE 117 TEAMS TO SAVE. YES THE PS2 CAN SAVE MADDEN, THAT'S BECAUSE ITS ONLY 30+ TEAMS... NEXT GENERATION PEOPLE.... NEXT GENERATION.

So what about madden smart guy

Re: Spring Practices-I wish they had this

Have three(?) scrimmages and a spring game in the offseason for players to PROGRESS. The format should be the same as a regular game with injuries, penalties... you know the same as regular game. Also have the option to simulate through them. Injuries and DEPTH would play an even bigger role in the overall scheme of things. Or do the samething with it being Fall practice instead of Spring so some injuries would be more severe to the team than they would have been since Fall practice is just before the season. But the main reason is for PROGRESSION.

This is part of my wishlist for 07

Nothing against you, but I will never understand why people make such a big deal about in game saves. I understand you might not have time to finish a game but so what. Just leave the thing on.[/quote]

I've always wondered that too. I find it hard to believe that so many people can't find 45-60 minutes in a row of free time to play a game. I'm married with 2 kids, and i work about 50-55 hours a week. It's just never been a problem to mix in a game now and then.

The reason I'd like to have in game saves is because I'm in college and like to try to get a game in between classes, and sometimes those games take longer than you expect and aren't able to finish them. Go back to class for 3 or 4 hours, don't really think it'd be a good idea to leave the xbox on.

Good point, never thought of that. I'm sure you'll get it on the next gen system.

The xbox shuts off after awhile anyway. One time I left a game of NCAA 2005 on while I went to Walmart with the wife and I came home and it was shut off. So must be it has a sleep feature to it.

Oh I can see it now...WTF was EA thinking? They got Ball St.'s practice jersies all wrong. Typical EA, they just love to screw us year in and year out.
