Re: How do you flip.......

1. Call for a "Hot Route."
2. Press the Left stick or d-pad in the direction you want the play to go.

Is that what you wanted?

You can do it that way, or hit "X" for an audible, then hit the black button to flip the play.

Re: How do you flip.......

Keep in mind that all run plays will not flip by hot routing. The majority of them will, but not all of them.

I agree with Sully, X then black is the easiest way.

Doing it that way often involves players shifting position, but using the hot route method doesn't cause any player movement therefore its much more subtle.

Do this today: Instead of $%*#!@& on a game you're not going to play or movie you're not going to watch, say something good about a piece of media you're excited about.

Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.

Exactly, if you flip the whole play in say, a Strong formation, then your FB and TE moves and its obvious you are going the other way, whereas with just the hot route you can hit an off-tackle to the weakside if the defense is stacking the strongside
