Top Players not going Pro

There are 80's ovr guys going pro but plenty of 90's top players not, whats the deal?

And only 2 CB going Pro, so does this mean there will only be 2 in my draft, or does the "Pro Draft/Grad" not meaning anything?

any player who graduates wil be in the draft class. In addition, any player who 'goes pro' will also be in the draft class.

The players who are "going pro" are underclassmen leaving early to enter the draft. The players graduating are the seniors. Both groups will be in the draft class.

Some people decide to go pro, some don't. Some top players stay (Caddy and Ronnie at Auburn), while mediocre/good players leave early (Robert Johnson from Auburn is a good example).
