In any menu mode you hold down the square button then you hit r1 im pretty sure.

No matter what sports game I play, the music always grows on me. I'm a dedicated hip hop fan but you could of caught me jamming to U2 and Black Eyed Peas because of listening to the song 10 times in one single day. I used to turn on my own cd player but I kinda force myself to listen to the EA Trax and as always, I eventually start liking them.

I kind of agree with Graphik. To be honest, there hasn't been a set of EA Trax that I DIDN'T like. I think they always pick some pretty good music, music that half the time I already have playing in my car.
