Can you create high school prospects for your dynasty mode?

Once the offseason starts you can.

So you can't use them for your first year, or just for inseason recruiting?

I'm waiting for my rosters, so I haven't messed around with the dynasty yet...I probably should just find out for myself, huh?

No you can't use them for your first season, unless you create players and move them to your team before you start your dynasty. I don't know if you can create prospects in the off season for the next year's in-season recruitin though, I haven't finished my first season yet.
