Webster's Dictionary meaning for adjacent:

1.Close to; lying near: adjacent cities.
2.Next to; adjoining: adjacent garden plots.

So Notre Dame Indiana is in fact correct Ea got it right.

why do people continually repeat the same answer long after it was answered.

when that one dude said its in notre dame, indiana because of its own zip, 100 others continue to parrot the same thing.

after the first 50 times do you really need to say it again. i suppose people just like to pretend to be right.

Bottom line is, I guess me and the rest of media/press/reporters are wrong. In my heart and the hearts of hundreds of thousands of fans across the country, Notre Dame is in South Bend...(walks away slowly crying ).
