Do any of you create your own prospects in dynasty mode?

Ha, I was just about to pose the same question. I do, every year. I create myself and friends, family etc. I also try to be specifc as in how many years apart we are. So that way, all of us can never all be on the same team. Besides that, since most are from the same area, a lot of my rivals pick some up too which makes for some interesting rivalries in the SEC. I just created my best friend from elementary school at linebacker and he wouldn't ocme to my school. He went to Auburn, and I play with Alabama.

Also, another rule is, no one can be created over 80, 85 if they come from a junior college. We've had rules and stuff like that for creating players since NBA Live first let us cap.

I tried creating three OVR 74 prospects for my UVA dynasty this year (myself and two friends). I ended up getting all of them though because all of them because we're all from VA and that's where I put all of us. Next time I'll put different hometowns for each.

How do you create prospects? Can you do this after you've already started a dynasty? If so, when can you do it, in-season or off-season?

You can only create a prospect in the off-season BEFORE you start recruiting. Once you go to recruiting, you can't create. So basically once your season ends and you advance to off-season, save and start creating your prospects.

Another thing I do, is sometimes I recruit someone and change their names. I can imagine their families don't like me changing their names when they come to my school but so what. They are just the imaginary relatives of pixels on my television set.

Well, most of the players I create are from the same town but I can never seem to get them all, even though the towns they are from is in the state of the team I play with. They'll usually stay in the conference, but they all won't come to me.
