to the guy's trading NCAA, I just wanna say keep in mind that the college football season hasen't even started yet, so if your a big college football fan, I would tell you just to hold on to it, beacsuse when the College football season starts and then you start seing some awsome plays or your team is doing better then what you ever wished for, yor either going to saying to your "DAMN I SHOULD HAVE KEPT NCAA 2006" or you might just run and get it all over again.

Yea im keeping mine ive played too many seasons to give it up im in year 2009 right now. But I have done that before, when Madden 2004 came out i traded it in and than when college football started i ran out and bought it again. However, i didnt do that for NCAA 2005.

i see what you are saying but once i get madden i rarely play ncaa and with ncaa being imo "subpar" then i definitely will not miss it once its gone.

all of you trading it in....have you even tried adjusting the coaching sliders? making this game good requires effort and not just looking for gameplay sliders.

I haven't yet, but it's already been a huge task for adjusting gameplay sliders, and I still don't like gameplay (shootouts). I don't want my games to require hours upon hours then days to adjust to make playable or realistic. I know, it's not a sim, but it's so far away from it that it has alienated me (and a few others). Even with adjustments, turnovers are insane along with CPU AI in a lot of situations.

So, now my debate comes, trade in for Madden? I have not played Madden since the 2002 series (dedicating every other year to NCAA alone). I guess if that doesn't work out, there's always some older great games I've never played so I'll go that route until PS3.

I'm trading in NCAA for Madden. I know I'm going to trade it in eventually, so I mind as well get maximum value through the Gamestop deal. If I get the itch to play NCAA again, I'll pick up a used copy of '04.

Dynasty may not be as great at has been some years, but I've got a great group of friends who play and we have lots of fun playing against each other, so I don't see myself trading it in.

That's a problem with sports games. It shouldn't take hours of tweaking sliders to get good realistic gameplay. A sports game should play solid out of the box. I wish we could go back to the days of no sliders that way people would be forced to play the game at face value and have to live with the fact that no game has or ever will be perfect.
