Why is it raining in my dome?

I also just noticed that you can't use the overhead cameraview if you're on a dome,and that's the only camera view I use.Now I come to find out my Big 12 championship game is in a dome,and I'm stuck with the classic view which I hate ,but It's the best out of the other choices.
